Please advise iam greek citizen but i leave in Tulua colombia can i take F visa from here .

"F" for Greek seafarer to transfer from a vessel currently enroute to Rio Cordoba Colombia to a vessel in Guanghzou China.

Hi, you' better contact the embassy directly. But most likely you will be required to provide valid visa or residence permit for Colombia if you want to apply there.
