type of visa should we apply

Recently , we purchase equipments from China Supplier and we need to send our colleagues for training onhow to operate the equipment. Training programm required 5.5 months, therefore pls advise what type of visa should I apply?Pls advise the procedures of the application and documentation needed too.Thanks.

You should apply for business F visa for this purpose to China. Documents required are passport, application form, photo, invitation letter from the Chinese supplier or related foreign affairs office. With these documents, you can make an online appointment at CVASC's website and lodge your application to the centre on the appointed date.
