Type of visa should we apply

Recently , we purchase equipments from China Supplier and we need to send our colleagues for training on
how to operate the equipment. Training programm required 5.5 months, therefore pls advise what type of visa should I apply?

Pls advise the procedures of the application and documentation needed too.
