My family and I plan to go there on 1st week of December 2012 r , there is anyone can advise me on weather and where can we buy cheap  winter apparel

Hi, the lowest temp will be -8C and the highest temp will be 7C. Thus in general, it is a little cold and the thick sweater and an overcoat are necessary. Due to the big temp difference in the daytime and at nights, the thermal clothes are needed. Xidan Shopping Mall is a good idea for the cheap winter clothes purchasing and you will get much discount there.
