About:Chinese Embassy in Cambodia

Can I (as EU citizen) apply for tourist visa for mainland China from Phnom Penh? Or is HK a must?

I can see that Kimberly has already asked it but just want to make it sure once more.
For Cambodia I would also have one month tourist visa.

I don't think you can get a visa in Phnom Penh as a temporary visitor there, but you may have a try. If failed, you can go to Hk to apply for it.
