About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

can the employer process a visa in china?

i apply a job in china and the employer collected us a visa fee of 35000 peso 3months after, but untill now we dont have the visa..

The visa should be applied by you yourself from the China embassy in Philippines. Only if you have been in China and your employer is capabel enough, the employer can help to change your tourist visa into work type.

is your passport with ? are you in China ? i find it questionable if you pay 35,000 pesos for visa , where did you pay? in Philippines or China ?as answered by Frank, you must apply by yourself or through an agent here in Philippines
