How do I get to Stanford Hillview Hotel, Observatory Road from HK airport?

Is there a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and vice versa? Thank you.

I'm afraid no free shuttle bus can take you to the hotel. Anyway, I suggest you take shuttle bus no. A21 and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui. After that, you can walk to the hotel in 10min.
