You can take bus no.A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Hong Kong Science Museum, Chatham Road South. It takes around 75 mins. And the ticket fare is 33 HKD per person. Then walk west around 200 meters to find your hotel. BTW, the opening hours of bus no.A21 are from 06:00 to the midnight.
