How can I get from Hk terminal 1 to Stanford Hillview Hotel? and how much does it cost?

For your convenience, you can take airport express to get to Kowloon Station first. The ticket fare is 90 HKD per person. Then take free shuttle bus line K4 to Empire Hotel Kowloon TST first. Then just walk northwest around 100 yards to find the destination.
