Travel pass deposit refund

Airport Express Customer Service Centre only can locate in airport?
Can I get the $50 deposit refund at anywhere in town?
I will out from country to macau at shun tak centre, Sheung Wan. Can I get my refund there/nearby?
Please advise the nearest Airport Express Customer Service Centre?
