Shuttle bus and inbound tour operator

I BOOKED A HOTEL AT MOTEL 268,HUAGIANG SHENNAN RD.
What is the best way to get to hotel.
Is there any inbound tour operator you can recommand/

I am taking Tiger Aiway from Singapore Airport to Taipeh airport.I do not know which airport they will be stopping and which gate they will be coming out of the airport.Please recommand me a Shuutle bus to take me my hotel.I will contact the tour company for the inbound tour.
