About:China Eastern Airlines

I need to clarified

Dear China Eastern Airline,
I am Nusawan Trijan the passenger for the flight MU 554 from Paris to Shanghai ETKT 781 5077403765. The flight had been cancel on 03 November 2012. I need to clarified What the problem was? I need to get the reason for the flight cancel because I need that to support my travel insurance. I know that technical problem for what? For weather? Or anything else? Please let me know.

I called the customer services her name is Yumi then she informed me by telephone but can't send me email . The issurance company request them send by email.
Is possible you can suggestion me who I will contact?.
