hotel and transfer in Shanghai

i will arrive to Pudong on november 13 at 15:05 local time on the flight EK 302 operated by EK (Emirates) and my departure time is november 14 at 11:40 local time on the flight OZ 312 Asiana Airlines.
so would you please tell me if i have to make a reservation for a room in a hotel or i have to wait in the terminal 2 in a waiting room till my departure. thank you
