Question

My husband will trevaling  from Timor Leste to this city from November 11 to 18, 2012. What is weather during that week ? What should he wear ? Is neccesary to wear jacket or overcload and heavy sweater ? We need information what he should pack for this event. Thank You

Well, the temperature will have a big difference between day and night at that time, ranging from 3~17C. It is cool and pleasant during the day and you can wear long-sleeved shirts with jacket, while it is cold at night. You need to wear sweater and overcoat if go outside at night.
