Day trip

Hi, we would like to visit the longest escalator ride, Repulse bay, stanley market, madame tussaud's and victoria peak.

Do you think we have enough time to do all in one day ? Assuming we take the escalator ride at 10am up to the hill and come down by bus by 12pm and then go to Repulse bay and stanley market and come back by maybe 4 - 5 pm before we go up to Victoria peak and see the day and night view + madame tussaud's.

Is this a bit rush or should we do it in two days ?

thanks
