Arriving late to HKK. Staying at Ibis central Sheung wan

We are 3 people arriving around 11 pm to HKK and not sure if we will make it for the airport express. We will be staying at Ibis central Sheung wan. Which city bus night shall we take? Or what is the most convenient and affordable way to get to our hotel? Thank you for any help.
