About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

Too crowded around Chinese National Year

Should I go after the CNY to Ice and Snow World? This is to avoid the crowd and also chaos. Which is the best time?

I suggest you to go before the CNY. The CNY is in about Feb, but the Ice and Snow World will open in around about January 5th, so you had better go there in advance. In this way, the scenery is wonderful.
