what supporting docs needed for parent ?

Me and my mother will be visiting mainland China (Shanghai   Beijing) from India. I'm currently in US and in the process of getting the visa done here in US, then need to apply for my mom in India.[1] What additional docs I need to submit in her application ? I will be financially supporting the whole trip.[2] Is item 4.d (certification from job) needed ? She is retired.[3] We both previously visited Tibet (in group), how does that impact her application ?

You can provide proof of your relationship and your bank statements. The certificate from job is not required. Your previous China visa is helpful for application this time.
