About:Top 10 Mistakes to Avoid in Completing a Chinese Visa Application Form

Hello, having a question on the itinerary filling out ,am about to study I Wuhan university and regarding place of stay at the Campus of humanities and am not sure what to fill on the date section or addresses. Also, the other question is on the type of passport /travel document type like should I choose from the multiple choices at the right hand side(ordinary, diplomatic and etc.)and taking notice am a student. Lastly, is on the entries as I choose a multiple entries valid for 1 year but not sure what to fill on the longest intended stay in China among all entries?

You can put in the dates of your enrollment at the school and the date you will finish your study. As for the address, you can put in the address of your campus.

You should choose the ordinary passport. If you will learn in Wuhan University for four or five years, you can choose "Others" and put in the blank with "Multiple entries valid for 4 years or 5 years from the date of issue" depending on your actual situation.
