About:China Embassy in Thailand

travelling to uk from thailand via guangzhou

My son and I are travelling from Thailand to the UK, we are both uk citizens with British passports. Our flight from bangkok arrives in Guangzhou at 22:30 and the flight from Guangzhou to the UK leaves at 9:30am the next day. We want to stay at the Pullman hotel at the airport. I understand that the hotel is just outside the airport. My question is this: Do we need some sort of visa to allow us to stay the 1 night at the hotel?
Kind regards
Paul Baylis

Visa is not required, you can apply for a 24-hour Stay permit with your passport and ticket. If possible, you can provide hotel reservation.
