applying for china visa for sri lankan

I am sri lankan. Now I am working as a consultant at HOLISTA TRANSWORLD LTD at Tamilnadu, INDIA. I have multiple VISA for INDIA.Now I am in sri lanka. I need to travel china for checking coconut processing machines. When I applying for it office members ask invitation letter from invite party.Please explain which kind of letter need for my application. Best Regards,Susil Ranjith

The letter should include your personal information, such as name, gender,and date of birth, as well as purpose of the visit to China, travel itinerary such as date of entry and exit, places of visit, relationship between the inviter and the applicant, and who will bear the expenses of the applicant in China. Besides, name of the inviter company, contact number, address, seal of the company, and representative or the inviter's signature are required.
