Expedited service for Business Visa when apply in person? (not through agency)

I'm a german passport holder working in Thailand for 7 years. I have a Thai work permit, bank statement of my Thai company from 6 month ago and an invitation letter of the Chinese company in Donguan. I'm supposed to leave to Hong Kong on the 6th of Nov already (3 working days from now) and it is just a one day trip to China (on the 10th of Nov). Now I'm wondering if there might be an expedited service for my case? or is there any other way i can get the visa (e.g. on arrival)? thanks for your help in advanced.
