Guangzhou itinerary (5 days, 4 nights)

My family and I will arrive at 1.40am on Thursday and depart on Tuesday night. We will be staying at Victory Hotel, Shamian.

Could someone help me plan an itinerary which includes:
- Xiangjiang Safari Park
- Chen Jia Ci
- Guangzhou Museum (Zhenhai Tower)
- Museum of Nanyue Kingdom Palace
- Baiyun Mountain
- Pearl River Cruise
- Canton Tower (evening, sunset)
- some cheap/mid-priced general shopping (Beijing Lu / Shangxiajiu Lu / Zhanxi Lu / Yide Lu)

Welcome recommendations for other must-see sightseeing and must-eats.

And where to buy cake (and cookie) decorating tools for working on fondant? Not sure if Panyu Shaxi Wholesale Market is the right place to go to for a small-time baker/cake decorator like me. Would need a place worth going because I can't drag my family to look around.

Thanks very much!

As for your case, here is my suggestion on the itinerary:
D1: Xiangjiang Safari Park
D2: Pearl Cruise - Canton tower (You can enjoy the tower on the cruise)
D3: Mountain Baiyun
D4: Museum of Nanyue Kingdom Palace and Chen Jia Ci
D5: Shopping
Apart from the above attractions, Chimelong Resoet can never be missed upon arrival at Canton.
As for the shopping, Beijing Road and Shangxiajiulu can be the best choices. Panyu Shaxi Wholesale Market mainly covers the cooking appliance and relevant things.

Hi Chea Ying, we enjoyed our trip! Loved the safari park and the mountain (cos SG got no mountain, haha!). We did all the attractions I asked about - except for GZ museum; they were alright.

Victory Hotel was a little old, a pleasant experience nonetheless but the lovely and tranquil environs was a joy. It was also near a market selling traditional Chinese medicine, which made my aunt very happy.
