About:Shangri-La Travel

We are planing a trip to there (Zhongdian and Dexing) in Jan 2013.

During Jan is it ok to visit the place (Zhongdian and Dexing), are they close? How is the weather?

They won't close, but it is cold during Jan there. The usual high temperature is around 10C, while the low temperature is around -9C. It is very cold and if you decide to go there, you need to prepare warm winter clothes like wool sweaters and down jackets.
