Best Travel Agency in Shenzhen

My girlfriend is applying for USA visa in China, Shenzhen,we need to know the best and safest travel agency there. She have a work permit from China and need to visit me here in US, we need a Travel Agency that can do a package of visa,air-fare and flight

She can't apply for the visa through any travel agency, since she has to go to the embassy to have an interview if she has never got a USA visa in the past 48 months.. You can get more here http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/niv-application-procedures.html
