Dear Sir,

I want to go for canton fair 2012/10/30 night. Therefor I brought all invitation letters. But i unable to brought Invitation Letter from Duly Authorized Unit.

I have imported this year around 1,00,000US$ materials and Machinery from China. I having that all document , Bank TT, Custom document, Bill of Loading certificate from Xiamen and Ningbo port,

Also I having Income Tax certificate and Vat Tax certificate. I am registered Shoe Manufacture in Sri Lanka Industrial development Board.

I want to import new shoe materials and Conveyer belt to my factory. Therefor I want to go this fair. Otherwise I want to wait next year April.

Dear sir hence please tell me how I can take Visa with out Invitation letter from Duly Authorized Unite?

Hi, you can contact your Chinese supplier and ask them to handle this from related department. Or, you need try to find a visa agent for this.

Dear sister,

It1s will take so many days. Can I take Visa this month 29th? Otherwise I want to wait for next April month Canton Fair.

I having all document. But I don`t having Duly Authorized letter. Can I meet here Hi commissioner Mr Ye Dabo?

If you don't have all the required documents, you will not be able to get the visa even if you go to the embassy to submit the application in person.
