Currently, the temperature ranges from -3~13C. It is cold there and it is reported to have shower. You can find many nice hospitals there.  Well, do you just want to have a visit of this city or move there to work?

If you still have time after your buisness, I think these places are very worth seeing there: Dazhao Temple, a lama temple with 400 years history; Gegentala Grassland, 145 kilometers away from the city center and Five-Pagoda Temple. Besides, you can ask the local people to find some more interesting places to go.
