Chances of Train from Meilan airport to Sanya being cancelled in mid Jan?

Would like to check how likely would the train service be cancelled? Intending to travel 10 Jan 2013 (Haikou Meilan to Sanya) - 13 Jan 2013 (going back from Sanya)
