Taxi can reach the cable car station. You can take the taxi to reach the scenic spot and after that you take the shuttle bus to reach the east gate and then you can see the cable car station.The mountain does not mean the cable car station and it means the toursim center where you can buy the tickets.The minibuse runs all day long, so do not worry about the cars.
