About:Marriage Registration in China

Where do I get my single status certificate issued by the Indian embassy in Guangzhou notarized ?

Hi,I am an Indian marrying my Chinese fiancée .as per Chinese law,I require a single status certificate which I already obtained from the Indian embassy in Guangzhou. But the document is in English.
How and where do I get it notarized in shenzhen?
