About:Hong Kong Airport Shuttle Bus to Hotel

Hi, what is the best price for 2 adult & 2 children age 3 & 6 to Royal Plaza Hotel in HK?

The easiest way is to take a taxi since you are travelling with 2 kids. The cost will be around HKD230-250. A cheap way is to take bus E21 from the airport to Mongkok area and then catch a taxi to the hotel.
