Hi, just would like to know if is it okay to visit BJ on late march 2013? Does the long stretch of Great Wall can be seen clearly afar?

Well, it is okay to have a visit of the city. It is just a bit cold at that time.  The temperature may be lunder 10C.  You need to wear warm clothes.  As to the view of the Great Wall, it depends on where you overlook it.
