On arrival Visa in Jakarta

I'm Tunisian citizen I'm living in China I'm in business trip to Batam I want to make an on arrival visa in Jakarta please tell me what is required for me as paperwork . Thank you in advance .

The general requirements:
1. Expiration date of the applicant's passport must be at least 6 (six) months at the date of entry.
2. Round-trip airplane ticket
