Dear Sir,I am Indonesian passport and going to visit Lhasa city by air from Kathmandu around 22nd oct 2012After that can you arrange to lhasa by air plane (find budget fare) and accommodation (budget) and  also arrange city tour to potala, jokhang, barkhor and also visit shigatze and gyantze .And  from there could you arrange train to xining .Can you give the quotation for accommodation tour and transport.Question:What is requirement for permit to enter Tibet, can you arrange and how long it will take to have the permit?and how much it cost?Thanks and look forward to hear from youBest regardsTeddy Tjahjadi

Hi, a new policy on Tibet Travel Permit is issued and it might take a little long to get the permit. Besides, the permit can only be issued under the condition that the tour group is 5 or morepeople with the same nationality, traveling from the same city to Lhasa and arriving in Lhasa on the same day. If your group does not have 5 people of the same nationality, I'm afraid the permit can not be applied and issued according to the new policy.
