l-101: 9 days beijing-xian-shanghai tour

Hi, I'm interested in the L-101: 9 Days Beijing-Xian-Shanghai tour. Can you tell me if the the price inludes the flights between Beijing, Xian and Shanghai? I plan to travel in early November 2012 and would also like know how i go about booking this tour and payment options? I did try to call the 1800 665 977 but there was no answer.
