is there any wheel chair that we can rent during our visit to Forbiden city

Yes. There are wheel chair rent service at the entrance of the Forbidden City, you may find them both at the service stations of Wumen and Shenwumen. It is free of charge with a certain amount of deposit(about CNY500). Alternatively, some hotels also offer such rent service and you may check with them if needed.1
