Travel from Hangzhou airport to Suzhou.

My wife and myself will be arriving at Hangzhou airport at about 13.50, and wish to travel to SZ, and we each have a suitcase.
I read a shuttle bus leaves from outside the airport. Can you tell me how frequently the buses leave, and whether suit cases can be taken on these shuttle buses.
