Tourist Visa for Hongkong

I want to take my mom and my dad to Hongkong they are 60+ yrs old, with my 21 yrs old daughter and my 19 yrs old son. My children and I live in United States w/ philippine passport. We will go back to Philippines and take a week vaction to Hongkong as gift to my mom and dad
