need to get from pudong airport to hangzhou

Question

I will be arriving October 18th (thursday) at bout 5:30pm, I've been told that customs can take an hour. I will being flying United and need to know if it is doable and what time you think I should be able to arrive in Hanghzhou and if someone is coming from one of the Zhejiang Universities then which of the 2 Hanghzhou stops is closer..... I also would like to know how far the bus gates are from the customs check..... One more thing I will be traveling alone and with four bags, Do they have carts in the airport to help with luggage and is it expensive?

The direct buses depart from the airport to Hangzhou at 8:40, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00. The whole journey takes about 3 h. You can take the bus at Airport Long-distance Bus Station, located in the south end on the second floor of the airport terminal's bus parking lot. About your large luggage, don't worry! There are free luggage carts at the departure hall and the arrival hall. Xixi campus is closer from the hangzhou stop, which is hangzhou CAAC.
