hong kong visa application form

How can I apply hong kong visa? Where can I get the application form? Because I can only find form for china in this site. Or hong kong and china are using the same application form?

You are not required visa to HK for 90 days. If you need, you can find the HK application form here on page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm It is a different form from that of China visa.
