Hi, there is a Muslim restaurant there named Huixiangshifu, where you can enjoy the Muslim Food. The specific location is at the opposite of Jiuzhai Land Tax, Pengfeng Valley.
As for the mosque, you can just find in Chengdu city, not in the scenic area.
The relevant tour is hardly heard, but you can consult the owner of the restaurant as you have dinner in the Muslim Restaurant.

Hi Ahmad. Pengfeng Valley actually is called Pengfeng Village, which is located about 500 m from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. It is the nearest village from the scenic area. Don't worry! There you can find a hotel named Jiuzhairen Business Hotel, not far from the restaurant. To Huanglong Valley, it takes about 3 h.

Is there a public bus from Jiuzhaigou Valley to Huanglong Valley after 3.00 or 4.00pm or do I have to use the taxi/ van (2 persons)? How much is the bus or the taxi/van fare? Also is there a public bus from the airpot to Jiuzhaigou Valley after 6.00pm? Once again is there a muslim restaurant and hotel nearby at Huanglong Valley or Songpan? How long does it take to travel from Songpan to Huanglong Valley? Thank you.

The buses for Huanglong Valley depart at 07:00 and 07:30, so you may fail to take bus to the scenic area in the afternoon.
If you take a taxi, it may cost about 300RMB or more.
Generally, the buses from the airport to the valley are decided by the number of the passengers. If there are still many passengers then. you may catch the bus at 6:00pm.
As for the Halal Restaurant near Huanglong, I'm afraid you may be disappointed. Anyway, there you can also find other good restaurants. Hotels and hostels can be easily achieved there.

At Songpan, apart from the easy-reached hostels, you can find more than one Halal Restaurants there, such as Anduo Tibetan Family Restaurant and some lamian restaurants. And they are near Chuanzhusi of Songpan Scenic Area.

Buses from Songpan to Huanglong usually depart in the early morning, around 06:30-07:00. So if you wanna leave at other time, maybe taking the van or taxi can be ok.
