About:Xian Xianyang International Airport

Is there a direct subway line from Xian North Railway Station to this terminal 3. Is it operational

No direct subway between the two places. You can take the subway line 2 to reach Bell Tower Station. Getting out of the station from West Street and then you can walk to Melody Hotel where you can take the shuttle bus to reach the airport.
Or you can direct take taxi to reach, which will cost you about 100 RMB.
