Do not have income tax return form and 6 months bank statement

I am an Indian, currently in Philippine since the past 4 months. I am trying to apply for L VISA as I am planning to visit China by the end of this month but I do not have BIR-Stamped income tax return form and also recent 6 months bank statement, as I moved to Philippines in mid -June, what do I do?

If you can not provide these two documents, you can provide an invitation letter issued by China Travel Agency instead.
