authorization letter for visa

We are all booked for our trip to China I just wanna check if you guys can handle the visa processing assistance part and how much is the fee for that service. I'd really appreciate your help on this. Is it possible for you guys to issue me an authorization letter?

Hi, if you have booked a tour with a China travel agency, you can contact their tour assistant for the letter. They are able to handle it. With the letter from the agency, you have to apply for a China tourist visa from Chinese embassy/consulate in Philippines by yourself or by others entrusted.
