From Shanghai PVG airport to Suzhou after 18:00 (more questions)

We are schduled to arrive at PVG airport at 18:05 (6:05pm) and we want to continue to Suzhou.
Is it better to take the inter city bus From PVG to Suzhou and will we make it to the 19:20 or 20:00 bus?
Or should we take the shuttle bus from PVG to Hongqiao airport and there take a G train to Suzhou?
Will we make it in time to one of the last G trains that leave at 20:40 and 21:15?
Do we need to reserve tickets for the G train in advance? and can we do it from Israel?
