About:China Embassy in Thailand

Enquiry of processing visa for my semester break

Hello! I am from the Philippines and I've got a student visa here.

I would like to visit China next month while it's a semester break. Can I apply for a visa? what is the requirements?

Is your Student visa still valid? you can not have two visa at one time.

Yes, valid until march 2012... What do you mean I can not have two visa? Do I need to finish first my student visa before applying to China.. I want only to go to China for 2 weeks for holiday... So what can you advise me? Thank you

If you have China student visa, you can not apply for another one for tourism. If you have not use your student visa yet, you'd better use it to enter China first and get a residence permit. The permit allows free entry and exit during its validity.
