Does going to HK reset your visa?

I'm on a 90-day business visa in China, and my 90 days are going to be up by the end of October. However, my business visa itself has a year expire date. Does this mean that if I go to HK at the end of October (around when my 90 days are up) and then come back, I get another 90 days?

Hi Sunny, is your 90 day visa with M (multiple entries) or double entries? if yes, going Hong Kong (or Macao as well) starts a new 90 days.
