Do I need a seperate visit visa for CHINA & HKSAR? I'm a Pakistani with valid work permit in Bahrain

Yes, you need separate visas to mainland China and HK SAR. But you can apply them at the same time from the Consular Section of the Embassy. Appointment is not required.
