About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

invitation letter requirements.

My company sends invitation letters for exchange students to come to Beijing. Sometimes the embassy informs us some information has been missing. Can you please tell me EVERYTHING that must be included in the letter so we can avoid application delays? A sample or copy of the correct letter would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Is there a more direct e-mail address I can reach your embassy at?

The invitation letter should include personal information of the applicant, such as name, gender, and date of birth, purpose of the visit, date of entry and exit, places of visit, relationship between the inviter and the applicant, and who will bear the expenses there. As well as inviter's information such as company name, contact number, address, seal of your company, and representative or the inviter's signature. You can try to contact the embassy at tel: 030-27588525, or fax: 030-27588 520. No email address available.
