About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

Does my sponsor in China need to send me the original copies of invitation letter and bank cert?

If I process our visa as representative of my 2 other colleagues (with authorization letter), would it be alright for the Chinese embassy or is it necessary they appear personally?

Yes, the original ones shoudl be better. It's ok that you make the application on their behalf.
