Topping up and roaming.

If i bought a chinamobile postpaid sim in suzhou, can i continue to use in shanghai city. Also can we make payments online? If not how do you suggest we pay for an international traveller.

Yes, it can be used, but you have to pay the roaming fees.
Paying online is acceptable.
In fact, some mobile companies have some sim cards which can be used without roaming fees, so you can choose that kind of card when you buy card in the mobile outlets.
